The logo is the cornerstone of a company's overall brand identity. A professionally designed logo will provide consumers with instant and powerful brand recognition of your business and the services or products that you offer. A poorly designed logo on the other hand will hamper your marketing efforts and give an unflattering image of your company.

A bit of history...


The famous Coca-Cola logo was created by John Pemberton's bookkeeper, Frank Mason Robinson, in 1885. Robinson came up with the name and chose the logo's distinctive cursive script. The typeface used, known as Spencerian script, was developed in the mid-19th century and was the dominant form of formal handwriting in the United States during that period. (Wikipedia)

This doesn't mean that you should get a bookkepper to design your logo, the same way that you take your car to a mechanic when it needs to be fixed or tuned up, you should seek the services of a professional designer to assist you with your logo.
